08/25/16 Received e-mail receipts for all forms
09/03/16 Received notice of action in mail - scheduling appointment for biometrics for 09/20/16
09/20/16 Completed biometrics in local USCIS processing center (30. min. wait)
09/22/16 Online status changed for I-485 - RFE (request for initial evidence) required
09/26/16 Received RFE related to I-485 in mail. Requesting I-864 form - "Affidavit of support" completed and submitted
09/30/16 All relevant info for RFE collected, and mailed response to RFE with USPS priority to USCIS.
10/03/16 Online status for I-485 updated. Response To USCIS' Request For Evidence Was Received
10/15/16 Received "Notice to Applicant" in mail. Related to I-485. Form I-693 (Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record) is missing, but can be submitted at the time of interview. NOTE: This is not another RFE - which made me happy.
I have question for all you out there who got their interview done. How long after receiving I-639 notice of action did you get invite to interview or at least EAD approved? I guess that is our next step.
