Went through the interviewing process. Everything went fine. Nothing special. Just paperwork related questions. The officer stated that she didn't have any of the pictures and some other documents that we've sent with the original paperwork package, so we provided that right away. Remember to have copies of everything you've ever sent to USCIS over the course of filing process and more if you have anything to add by the time of the interview.

Interview Was Completed And My Case Must Be Reviewed.

We live in Baltimore, MD area and our interview took place in the Baltimore Office.

This status has not changed yet and today is 01/30/18. Everything's been moving pretty fast in our case.

Aside from 2 requests for additional evidence that delayed things quite a bit for us. The first time We had me (applicant) listed as a sponsor, basically applying without a sponsor because I thought we live together and I work I should be able to use my income, Turned out that's not the case. The second time we used just my wife and even though she makes enough money according to their poverty guidelines, they still denied her as a sponsor and that was their second request for evidence (aka we needed a solid affidavit of support with a better sponsor). We asked my wife's grandmother to help us out. She did and our paperwork got accepted.

I just got a great job offer but they can't hire me until I get the GC, so I hope it happens soon.

What are people's experiences with the response time after the interview?

Any comments or suggestion would be appreciated!
