Out of processing time
Hello Everyone,
I’ve filed my i485 application in March 2018 and I haven’t received any update from them regarding my interview date. When I called the uscis customer service the agent said that due to COVID it is going slow, two days back I’ve checked the processing times it was showing like November 2017 so I thought I’ve to wait for another 5 months to get an update. But when I checked the processing time today it is showing that they’re reviewing April 15 2018, how come it moved so fast? I’m trying to reach USCIS customer service the automated service not letting me to talk to an agent. What should I do now? I’ve raised the service request in online now, and I did like that before but it is not helping me. I don’t know what to do now. They have sent me an interview Notice in 2018 July and when we went to the interview they said they didn’t received my case file and they already requested for my case file, they will re schedule the interview in 30days and give me, but it passed a year and never heard back from them, my Lawyer saying that we have to wait and nothing we can do. Please help me if anyone have the same situation and what I can do now. Thanks for your time.
