my parents are not legal here. what if they ask where are your parents? im going to have to respond that they are here because my dad does his taxes they can easily know that he is here BUT the question is if they ask are your parents legal here.? what do i say? can the officer ask that? is a marriage petition. because i know one of the questions are have you met your spouse parents and whats their name . but i don't know if they can ask if my parents are legal here.
