Parents got 10yrs multiple entry visa
Hi all,
I am very happy that my parents got 10 yrs multiple visa entry from chennai consulate. They had there appointment on 7 june at 9.00AM and there took hindi as there language.
Everything went very smooth for them. The lady(CO) who called my parents rejected few applicants just before them. So they got tensed but managed it.
They wished her GOOD MORNING and she said HI, how are you? MY parents said FINE.
Most of the q's where directed to my dad?
1)Where do you work?
2)what is your salary?
3)How many work under you?
4)Who will sponser you in USA?
5)How much property do you have?
To my mom she asked just two q's(my mom came to US in 2003 for 3 months on 1 year multiple entry visa)
1) How many months did you stay in US before?
2) How many months do you want to stay now?
Thats it! She told you got the visa go and pay the fees and enjoy your trip.
My advice to all those people who want to send there parents for visa is.
1)Tell them to dress neatly
2)Greet the consulate
3)Tell them to be confident and keep smiling(if you have nothing to hide)
MY mom told that they kept smiling during the whole interview and the CO never bothered to check there papers not even a single paper.
I hope this helps thxs to immihelp its a great site.
Good Luck
Anjali
