Parents got visa
Hi All
First let me thank this website which gave us so much information so that we could prepare our parents to get their visas.
They were rejected the first time when they attended the interview. This time, on 12th of Feb 2007 they went for the second time and they got their visa for 10 years.
I have a friend who works for the consulate general in chennai and she said that the old team who was there in the consulate has been replaced by a new team who are very kind and generous. She even mentioned that in the previous team one particular lady was very specific in rejecting and hence her name was "Rejection lady". So friends who have applied for their parents/in-laws visas in chennai and got rejected earlier can try now because the new team is so good and there are better chances than any time before.
