Parents got Visitors Visa

Let me thank immihelp b4 I say something. It's a great site.
My Parents got Visitors Visa. Not sure how many years as they haven't got their Passports in hand yet.
Process:
Sent all the documents as mentioned in this site. Made 3 different folders for mom and 3 for dad. One being all forms related to Application including DS156, (DS157), 3DDs, Photos etc..
Second folder for All the documentation from me (I134, Paystubs, Employment letter...)
Third folder for all Property documents prepared by our CA in India.
Questions asked:
1)How long have your son been staying in US?
Ans:X
2)Why didn't you visit your son for so long?
Ans: Busy with my work
3)What do you do?
Ans: Agriculture
4) What do you grow?
Ans: Rice; Mango and Citus Growings and list...
5) How many kids do you have?
Ans: XX
6) Where are they?
Ans: One in US and the rest in India
That's it. Parents were asked to pay for the visa
Remember readers, tell your parents/in-laws to be confident and GREET the officer. I compiled list of questions from this site; Put them on a paper and also Tape Recorded and sent along with the documentation. Cassette was so convenient for my Parents as they carried it along with them with my dad's Walkman/Radio.
The visa Officer (lady) was so cool, as per my Parents. Through out the interview, she was smiling and laughing.
