Passport Reissue at SFO Consulate in Normal Process
I sent my passport application for Passport reissue with additional of spouse name to CKGS SFO on June 2nd and my courier reached CKGS on June 8th
Documents Sent
1) Old Passport
2) Money Order issue at Westron Union
3) Government Online Form Signed on First and last page with Photo
4) Affidavit for Change of Apperance and Signature with Photo - Notarized at UPS
5) Signed Anexure E form
6) Document Checklist
7) US DL(both front and back) and I797 - Notarized at UPS
8) Passport first 7 pages and last 2 pages - self attested
9) Two additional photos (Not sure if it is really required as photo attached to application already)
I opted FEDEX service provided by CKGS.
Pasted the Barcode on FEDEX envelope before sending to CKGS

Jun 24, 2020 - Wednesday 06:42 pm Passport picked up by FedEx.
Jun 24, 2020 - Wednesday 06:28 pm Passport ‘Received’ at the CKGS application centre and is at the ‘Sorting Facility’ where it is being processed for delivery.
Jun 24, 2020 - Wednesday 06:23 pm Application 'Reviewed' by Consulate and ‘In Transit’ to CKGS Application Centre.
Jun 18, 2020 - Thursday 12:13 pm Application is 'Under Process' at Consulate for decision making.
Jun 17, 2020 - Wednesday 08:30 pm Application is 'In Transit' to the Consulate.
Jun 17, 2020 - Wednesday 02:50 pm Application is ‘Under Process’ at CKGS.
Jun 16, 2020 - Tuesday 05:55 pm Application Verification is ‘Complete’. Processing of your application will continue.
Jun 11, 2020 - Thursday 07:45 pm Application ‘Received’ by CKGS and 'Not Verified'.
