Hello, my passport renewal application is on hold as CKGS Houston advised the copy of I 797 Notice of action (I 751 receipt copy) was unclear and that i should send a clear copy. The problem is the original itself has faded and become unclear in a few places due to wear and tear. if someone has experienced this and found a solution, please help me. I don't know if USCIS resends originals or how to go about it. Thank you
