7/18/2017 - NOA received
8/9/2017 - Biometrics done
9/25/2017 - 1st SR at day 75 for EAD
10/7/2017 - Response to 1st SR received -If you do not receive a decision within 60
days, please contact customer service.
10/16/2017 - Expedite request based on a current job offer
10/17/2017 - Denied due to not enough supporting documents
10/18/2017 - Met congressman with job offer letter from my company and another letter from my supervisor. The office of congressman put an inquiry on behalf of me, told me it will take at least 10 business days to hear from USCIS.
10/31/2017 - Followed back to congressman office, they were really helpful to make so many calls to USCIS and finally got a message my case was assigned to an immigration officer.
11/1/2017 - EAD approved (110 days in total)
11/2/2017 - EAD produced
11/7/2017 - EAD mailed
11/9/2017 - EAD received
During the processing, I called to two L2 offices and told me that TSC is crazy backlogged with EADs and may take more than 120 days to get a decision. Please make sure to put an SR immediately in 75th day and follow up with your congressman if you do not hear anything from USCIS after 90 days.
