Been reading and getting info on this website for the past 2 years and finally I can get to share my experience and ask for insight from you guys.
Uscis received forms I-485, I-130, I-131, I-765 and I-864 April 23, 2018
NBC- Oakland Park
I 485. - Biometric screening Appointment
May 23, 2017
I 485 - RFIE Affidavit of support
August 28, 2018
(Mail received late September 17, 2018)
I485 - RFIE Affidavit of support sent off
November 7, 2018
I485- Case Is Ready To Be Scheduled For An Interview
December 4, 2018
As for my other cases they have been paused since April 27.
I am not sure what comes after my last update on i485 since I haven’t received my EAD as yet and whenever I check it’s been 262 days since my i765 was updated.
If anyone else is going through such case please be patient even though it can be very hard not to be frustrated but pray.
