Good afternoon everybody, so this is my case.
My pd: January 03 2018
Fingerprints was supposed to be taken on 01/31 but unfortunately I had a criminal problem and end up in jail so they put a immigration hold on me than took me to immigration jail. Was put in removal procedures and bonded out in April 25. On May 07 2018 I did my fingerprints and on May 18 I received my EAD and ssn. Since then my status hasn’t changed. It says: fingerprints was taken and the case is in process. Has already been 250 days and nothing. I have a lawyer and she said that I will be adjusted in court, but I’d like to hear some of you guys experience about that. I had a friend on the very same situation and he did had an interview a week ago. But for me nothing yet and my master hearing is next week on the 31st. Thanks everyone and good luck.
