I would like to share my experience here , do far it’s been exhausting but I’m still positive.
I sent my i751 package on 11/30/2018. No update on whether it was received for about 2weeks. I called USCIS and was able to get a receipt number. With the receipt number status showed case was received and receipt notice sent. I was told to reach USCIS if I didn’t get the receipt notice. I reached them to inform I never got the notice and the person said no notice was even sent initially. Well, I was given another day to get another notice. After all the back and forth, I got my notice 54 days later. I waited till 11/08/2019 for biometrics. On 03/18/2020, I finally got an update that a request for additional evidence was sent. Up till this moment this mail is not in my mail box yet. This process has taken me 16months so far. I’m hoping that it I get this RFE and know exactly what they are asking for. The wait is really killing me but I guess I have no other choice than to keep waiting It would surely end well.
