Still waiting for Interview decision.
In April 2019, they showed up at his ex mother in law house asking if she knew he was married. She said yes. My husband called me from work saying immigration came asking him questions and wanted him to leave work to show them our home which he didn't because he couldn't leave work at the time.
They went ahead and called his baby's mother if she knew he was married, point is they trying to find out if ppl know of our marriage I guess.
They officers claim they have been trying to visit our home since Jan with no luck, which is impossible. My husband works 9am - 5pm and I work 2pm to 10:30am. Someone is pretty much always there half the day. On weekends I agree we are hardly home. To this day, we have heard nothing.
Last update on our case is Mar 2018 " Case schedule for interview ". When you call uscis they claim that's all they see, they can't even tell I went in interview.
Not sure what else to do, my lawyer says I have to just keep waiting. Anyone has a similar experience?
