Pending I130 and stem extension
Hello all,
Kindly enlighten me. I am married to a permanent resident of the USA and currently using OPT EAD which expires January 2022. I plan to put in my papers for I130 by April and also do a stem extension in October so as to maintain my status before the approval of the I130. Does having a pending I130 affect the approval of my stem extension?
