Hello Everyone. It’s been five months after my interview, no update yet. My problem now is my EAD is about to expire. I’m so afraid my employer will kick me out of my job n I will be left with nothing. Although, I already told my lawyer to help me apply for renewal but he kept saying immigration hasn’t sent back my receipt, do kn how long it takes to get a receipt. Should I leave the job or wait. Have been waiting 5 months after interview in Montgomery.
