Wanted to share my experience from adjustment of status path.
01/29/2018 I-485, I-765, I-131 and I-140 (EB2 premium) were filed. ROW (EU national) category with always current date. Cases received at TX.
02/14/2018 I-140 approved
02/15/2018 biometrics appointment notice
03/01/2018 biometrics taken
03/05/2018 I-485 transferred from TX to NBC
04/06/2018 EAD+AP card received together with approval notices
04/14/2018 received courtesy letter on red paper with reminder to take I-693 medical exam package to interview once scheduled
04/18/2018 interview scheduled
Had to cancel vacation and loose a lot of money
Did medical exam, which took 1.5 week with vaccinations.
05/24/2018 interview at Philadelphia USCIS office. Checked I-693, went over to confirm questions on I-485 and nothing else. Took maybe 25 min max for me and my spouse. Got approved on the spot. Same day received case update "Card is being produced"
05/29/2018 received approval notice
06/01/2018 green card in mail.
Going to Canada in a week to catch up on lost vacation and enjoy the freedom!
