Personal Appearance at the Consulate
My parents are planning on visiting USA in Jan 2003. I was going through the various visitor's visa experiences people have faced in the recent past. I must say its very useful for a person like me who is doing this process for my parents for the first time. I have one question though. Since the rule for drop boxes have changed since July 2003. Does this mean that even though my dad is over 60 and my mom is 53, both of them have to go to the consulate or can they use the drop box?
