petition for family
hi everyone, does anybody has a knowledge about getting a spouse or petition a spouse? My son and I are green card holders since December 2012, but my wife is still in my country until now. We just got married last August 2015 but we've been living together since 2004 and we have a 9 year old son. I am not able to file a petition for my wife yet, because my question is should i wait until i will become a citizen or should i petition my wife now as even i'm still a permanent resident? This coming December 2016 it will be my 4 yrs here in US.
