Petitioning
Hi guys. I have a quick question. I have a family friend. Her mother Inlaw petitioned for her about 3 years ago. When he was petitioning for her, he added the woman’s son. The man made a mistake on the form while filling the son’s birthday. Instead of 1998, he filled 1988. Now, the woman wants to portion for his son. The woman is a green card holder. What could she do? Can she use the date of birth that was previously filled wrongly by her step son or she should use the correct date of birth? Though, the son hasn’t gotten a passport yet.
