EAD: 8/9/18
Interview scheduled: May 2019
Interview date: 6/28/19
I finally had my interview in Phoenix and everything went well at the interview. They asked basic questions about relationship and asked if I had any additional documentation I wanted to give them and I gave joint tax return, title of new house I just purchased with my husband and pictures. The officer said he was going to recommend us for approval and printed the paper. He said green card takes about 15 days.
My problems was that I came back home and I noticed that I totally forgot to submit my updated medical form. I was so focused on the supporting documentation about the relationship that I totally spaced out. Does anybody know if the fact that I got the paper with recommendation for approval I will get the green card anyway or if they review the case again and will ask me to submit the updated medical form? It was also weird that the officer didn’t ask for updated medical form.
