please advice
Hey guys ive been silent reader on this group for a while now and, first of all I just want to say thank you to each and everyone of you in this forum who takes time from their day to read, reply, comment, advice or even encourage others in this forum. This has to be one the toughest things to go through in this country and its so comforting to know someone here gets you and you are not alone,ALL GLORY TO GOD for that.this is going to be along post and i apologize for that in advance. So my time has come for me to start this AOS process,i came as an F1 visa and am now married to a USC.I am going to be filling everything on my own since i cant afford a lawyer.
Am going to be filling concurrently so ill be sending the following forms I-485,I-130,I-130a,I-765,I-864(for both my husband and joint sponsor)and ill submit my medical(I-693)later on'
for my supporting documents here is what i plan on sending
-A copy of my birth certificate
-A copy of my husbands naturalization cert
-A copy of our marriage cert
-Passport pictures for both of us
-A copy of my divorce doc from previous marriage
-A copy of our car title showing both our names as evidence of joint ownership of property
-A copy of our joint bank account statement
-A copy of our car insurance with both our names
-copy of my passport page and visa page
-copy of our capital one joint credit card statement
-copy of our joint tmobile family plan bill
--copy of our 2016 joint tax returns
-a few photos of us together and our court wedding
-affidavits of people who know us
here are the few questions i have
1)we dont have a joint lease since we are currently living with his mum is this going to be a problem?
2)for the supporting doc of form I-864 do we need the IRS transcript or 1040 or both for him and my joint sponsor?:who many years?
3)anything else i should send?
any advice or comments are appreciated.thank you all in advance and God bless you all in this journey!!!
