PD JAN18 2019 NBC. AOS married to USC. Filed in Dallas TX
Biometric feb 12
Expedite request sometime in July
1st SR July 30th was never assigned
2nd SR Sept 4th assigned to officer on Sept 16th and completed Sept 18th.

So after response to request of evidence(expedite request) was faxed for financial loss, I still haven't gotten a response, however I got an email today based on my 2nd SR on Sept 4th saying.....
The status of this service request is:
Due to workload factors not related to you case, USCIS anticipates a delay in completing your case. USCIS is committed to adjudicating immigration benefits in the order received and in a timely and efficient manner.

My question is where do I go from here? will it be wise again to raise another ER or SR? Or should I just forget about it and whenever uscis is ready they would send my card. Please lets rub mind if you are in this same situation or have gone through this situation. This process is
the worst emotional trauma I've experienced in a very long while. Sadly we don't have control of anything. Thanks
