Please advise
I came into the united State with a B1/B2 visa and was supposed to spend just a month but now approaching the third month. My reasons are that I decided to stay over and take a 3 days leadership certificate program holding in early August before returning back home. And secondly since schools are on long holiday (summer break) I decided that my wife and kids come join me here for the summer holiday for just 2 weeks and we all will return back home together in August. Though they don't have visa but I planned for them to visit the embassy next week to apply for visa for this purpose.
My question is that will visa be granted to them since am still in the USA ( though m the date on my I94 is till Oct) or do I need to return home take them to apply for the visa and we can now plan our trip another holiday season. I just wanted them to come since my wife hasn't travelled before and to give her a treat to celebrate our 6 years wedding anniversary which was yesterday.

Kindly advise as I wouldn't want to pay for visa fees and the cost of travelling to the state where the embassy is located only for them to be denied on the grounds that am still in the U.S.
Again this is my second time of coming to the U.S. The first time I spent only 1 month and went back home.

Thank you.
