Please clarify
Having received an rfe of which i have till April to give a response to. Am confused about these new notices and the terms embedded in thoses notices given by uscis. These include public charge and the deadline of Feb 24 given to people intending to adjust status.
My question is am i also bound by any of these rules or dates? I have turned in my paperwork since november and done biometric. Do i have to give a response to the rfe before the 24th february or i should strive to meet the 87 days deadline on my rfe letter.
