please help decision cannot be made for 10 weeks

I had my interview 10 weeks ago , everything went well.
i had my lawyer with me (totally useless)
at the end they told me i passed the test and decision cannot be made because they can't access my remove of condition file because system is down (i have my permanent resident card for 3 years now)
its been 10 weeks and online status still shows (we scheduled your interview)
I called the uscis and they told me i have to wait for 120 day
and my lawyer said i have to wait for 180 days
any one had similar experience ?
i need to go to my country because my parent is ill and i am so confused
please help !
