PLEASE HELP!!! What would you do?
I am American, my boyfriend of 4 years is Romanian with a Romanian passport, but we both have residence in Italy. I just want him to come to the USA to meet my family, we are young and we do not own property, but his entire immediate family lives in Italy. Is that enough proof of bonding ties? Apart from that, the fact that I am his girlfriend and I live with him in Italy...I have residence in Italy. We would both travel together, but obviously we would both be coming back. He has a stable job and so do I, I do not want to live in USA and neither does he, what else can we do to prove this? Should he even mention that he has an American girlfriend that lives in Italy with him? I'm wondering if that will help or hinder his chances? Any advice is appreciated! Thanks!
