Got married Jan 03 2019
Filed in September 23 2019
Biometrics - can’t really remember the month and date,
RFE Was requested and I saw that via the case tracker app in NOV 2019
Didn’t receive the notice and was wondering what the RFE might be. Moving forward,
Requested for another copy in December 2019, I still didn’t receive it in the mail.
Requested again, this time I received an email I had exceeded my request limit. I was going to DIE.
Received the RFE notice after I changed my address
Received EAD by mail April 23 2020.
Interview was scheduled September 10,2020
Received notice by mail 9days later.
Interview is freaking next week.
My question now is. The RFE was for my sponsors date of birth and I did send it in. So now in the letter we asked to bring in some paperwork. Is it necessary for us to take in copies of my sponsors paperwork again? Just thinking since we already submitted it when we filed in initially.
And I and Hubby barely take photos together, we have just 15 regular selfie pictures of us.
And We have no LAWYER representing us.
