PLS HELP!!! (Case moved from Houston to San Antonio after interview)
Good day all!
Pls I need help!
I had my interview on Mar 28th at Houston and IO said we were approved and should expect a mail in 2 weeks with the greencard. She explained about removing condition on greencard. She also updated the new address on our I485 and I130 application forms in her office.
Just before the interview, we moved from Houston to San Antonio area but my interview still held in Houston. After 2 weeks without receiving anything my spouse raised an SR.
Yesterday, we received a mail dated May 2 from San Antonio office that they just received the case 2 weeks ago and to wait.
Please how long do we have to wait before we receive an update? Will another interview be conducted at San Antonio or will they just continue with the issuance of the green card since we were previously approved?
Any one with such experience? We raised an infopass appointment at Houston office before receiving this mail, should we still attend the infopass or we should just book another one at the San Antonio office?
I'm so worried cos my driver's license expires on may 30 and no new EAD card yet or greencard to renew.
Please any advice will be appreciated. It's giving me sleepless nights.
