I got f1 visa rejected in Dec'10 with 214(b) paper at that time i did not mentioned my immediate uncle's name in Ds160 form who lives in usa and has citizenship. I told viza officer i do not have any immediate relative in USA.
Now i am applying for the second time in june'11, do i have to mention his name? i am confused!!!
