Potential B2 Entry problem?
Hi everyone, I'm not sure if i should contact an immigration lawyer since this isn't really an immigration issue but i would just like to get your thoughts.

Issue: So my mom, who's retired, visits US regularly and stays 6 months at a time since she has a lot of relatives throughout the country. She hops from East coast to west coast and stay with her sister and cousins.

A few years ago, she went here for 5.5 months and travelled with her cousin to South America for a few days (cruise tour). She went back to US and got stamped to stay another 6 months. She didn't really think about it so she stayed for another 6 months, so basically she stayed in the US for 11 months out of 12 months. She went back to my country after that.

After 6 months, she returned to the US and got reprimanded by immigration office that it will be her "last" in the US and that officer was very rude to her, considering she's old (>65). It really bothered her since she regularly visits the country. She was still able to go through immigration and stayed again in the US for 4.5 months, hopping from east coast and west coast.

A year has passed since she departed from US and now intends to return in December this year for my child, her grandchild's, birth. She plans to stay another 5-6 months.

Do you think i should contact an immigration lawyer for this issue? I would like to get advise just in case the Immigration officer doesn't let her in US. She still has a valid US tourist visa.
