Adjustment of Status - I-485

I run to you guys for literally everything. I’m now in the process of preparing the documents and evidences for my upcoming interview next month. On the list of things to bring to the interview it stated on the notice that federal income tax returns w2s etc, letters from current employer verifying current rate of pay and average weekly hours etc, also pay stubs for pass two months. Thing is we have a joint sponsor, should we ask our sponsor to gather these or since they were already submitted there is no need to? Even though on the notice is didn’t say to bring them unless already submitted.
