I sent my AOS forms on the basis of Asylum granted more than a year ago and they were received by Nebraska Service center on 26th Aug 2015.
Bio-metrics were done in start of Oct I believe.
I've been waiting since then and have received no other response as such.
When my case went outside the normal processing time I sent an inquiry and received a response after weeks saying that my case is waiting to be reviewed by an officer and to check back in 60 days.
Right now the processing times website says they are processing cases of Oct 2nd 2015 in my category of AOS. Somehow mine is still not reviewed even though its from August.
Is that a common occurrence?
