Priority Date Confusion
Hi there,
We recently mailed in our marriage based AOS packet received by USCIS on 5/14/2020. Married to a LPR. I130 was approved on 4/1/2020 with a PD of 6/24/2019. I received receipt notice (Form I797) in the mail and the PD for i485 is 6/24/2019 and shows received 5/14/2020. My question is what PD am I supposed to use when it comes to processing times?
