Problems with Spouse
My married life has been a disaster since we got married. She has been fighting with me on simplest of issues and has forced me to file my taxes as single even though we were married for that fiscal year. Now when its time to renew my green card and file taxes shes backing out. I'm afraid what to do as she dosent want to renew my 2year green card.
I have a kid with her, I am planning to file for divorce. I have all the proof i.e lease, car insurance , joint bank account , electric and gas bills on our names, mobile receipts that i bought for her, her phone payment, my sons birth certificate , photos etc.
1)Given my situation do you think if i file for waiver of conditions after filing divorce, what are the chances that uscis approve the waiver and grant 10 year green card?
2)Will there be a problem is i file my taxes as married filing separately?
3)Does she have any power to cancel my green card process?
