Processing Time Regressed
Hey Folks,
Did you guys notice the new USCIS website? Anyways, that was not my real question. My field office is in San Bernardino, CA. My PD is May 2017. I checked the processing time back in February 2018 and found out that they were processing cases from June 8, 2017. I did raise SR on February 15, 2018, because my case is taking longer than the processing time. I have the ticket number for that SR. The IO told me to call after 30 days if I don't get any response to the request. Of course, I did not receive any update on that. So today (March 22, 2018), I called USCIS and told me that my case is still under normal processing time. I checked the USCIS website for the processing time, and lo! and behold! The processing time regressed back to January 2017.
Does anyone have similar experience as this?
