Processing time ridiculous
This is ridiculous, people in other states have their cases processed in 4 months,
Why they don't have a standard, we didn't have to wait 1 year to travel outside the country!
If they are delay sent more people to the busy field offices at least for a period of time while they can process more cases.
I don't have patience when see people with cases that started months later and they have finished and we are still waiting for any answer. sorry I am just a little upset.
