My i-485 status is “At this time USCIS cannot provide you with information for your case. Please contact the NCSC 1 (800) 375-5283 for additional information."
Anybody knows what this means?
It’s been around a week and I found out not just me to have message but a lot of people has it.

I filed it March 13 2017
biometric April 2017
I-485 has changed to “your interview is ready to be scheduled” st
EAD recieved June 2017
I asked my lawyer, she said it must be system glitch
But she will call to the officers first....but does anybody knows why or what this mean is?
