Question about Affidavit? Please help!! Urgent!!!
Hi There!
My parent will be going for visa in Aug 1st week, my dad is 60 and Mom is 59.
Both of them are retired from Govt jobs.
They will be visiting us in Oct sometimes.
Me and my brother are here in states, I got married 3.5 years back and came here in 2000 Oct in H1B and Now I've green Card, My brother came here last year on H1b and Got married this year Feb, lives in NJ with his wife .
Here is a question !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?????
Me an My husband are working and sponsoring my parents, so do we need to mention about my brother in Parent’s Affidavit about visiting here? Its really confusing!, if they don’t mention and later consulate questions about why brother not sponsoring them and bla bla..then can be a problem?
Please help, how to deal with this.
