Question about EAD extension...
Guys,
A friend of mine has his EAD approved, but the priority date is not current (dates retrogressed). He is from India, so obviously, it'll take long time for priority date to become current. And therefore, EAD renewal every year is required.
Question: Is he required to pay EAD renewal fees every year, if I-485 priority is not current yet? What are your experiences?
