Question about EAD renewal
Hi there,
I got a EAD based on marriage , I 485 application
I heard that EAD could be automatically extended automatically for 180 days after expired if I 485 is still pending.
Is this accurate? Anyone knows more about it ?
I wonder because my PD is Nov 29 and got my EAD on March 1st and I am reading a lot of experiences of people that wait more than 1 year to get their GC interview so I am afraid that happens to me and I have a gap between the renewal card and the card that will be expired.
Any comments , advice is appreciated
