I am holding right now J1 visa for students.....
And i am planning to get H1b visa.
But, someone told me that i can apply for this visa on 1st April, and that i will get this visa in October....
Is that true?
I heard from USCIS officer that i can apply anytime, (acctualy my company) and i need to wait just one - three months and i will get this visa....
Can somebody help me?????
