Hi all,
I just filed for both my I-485 and I-130 concurrently thru marriage-based GC. Given that some people wait for their I-130 to be approved first before they submit their I-485 application. What’s the process for filing concurrently? As in, does your receipt notice showing PD actually mean your I-130 has been approved.
