Question about RFE
Hello, hope you ar doing good.
We received a i485' RFE because of my birth certificate and i864 form. My husband have the 1040, w2's, tax schedule but what about the form 2555 ( my husband is from PR, does he needs to get that?) And what about 1099's?( he's a nurse, Does he needs that too?) And how to get those forms? What happen if we only send the 1040 and w2's?? ... Stay safe!!
