Question on passport application through CKGS
Hello,
I am trying to complete my passport renewal application through CKGS and would need some advice on the following issues I am facing:
1. I am not given an option to chose the CKGS shipping and the only option I am presented is to use my own AWB number. How do I buy the shipping label from CKGS?
2. In the payment screen it says that I can fill in my payment details later from 'My Account' section, but it will not allow me to proceed without providing the cashier check details. (Cashier check is the only option presented to me)
3. I am unable to login to my account using the web reference number, DOB and passport number. It says information mismatch while I was able to retrieve my application using the same information.
4. How do I change the information I provided in the in CKGS? I have not yet filled the government form and I am stuck at step 5 (Pay)
