Hey guys,
I have a friend of mine who married a US citizen but she wasn't working in the moment of the interview because she is very lazy and was taking advantage of her social security but when they first sent the document to USCIS they got affidavit support from a family member. I would want to know if this fact is a criteria to deny the petition despite the immigrant is working and have a lot of proof that the marriage is bona fide. Because many people say if a US citizen is using goverment benefit she or he can't make a petition for her or his spouse or will be denied after the interview.
