Re- Application for Tourist Visa
Hello ,
I need urgent help, Appreciate any help in below queries regard.
I will be going to US on my H1-B in first week of Feb'12. My dependent my 4 months son is coming with me on H4.
I applied for my parents tourist visa but unfortunately it got rejected, VO just asked them few questions like where are you going, do you have anyone there and few simple ones. At the end of Interview VO rejected their visa. I think most reason would be that my parents dont have anyone there and still making a tour would not have appealed VO much. Also interview was done in Marathi.
Now frankly speaking i want to get my mom with me just till my son crosses his 6 months, once he is 6 months i can put him in good day care. Also once they come there i can take them to various places. Am at this point of time disheartened as my child is still small and taking my mom there would be great help to me.
Option i have now in front me is once i reach there in Feb first week, i send invitation letter immediately to them.
so I need help in knowing will this option work or what could be the chances. I am anyways preparing myself mentally to keep my child at day care but still want to see if this option works.
Please let me know what things i should take care this time, is there any other option i could see.
Please advice, leaving my 4 months child to someone stranger is nightmare to me.
