When should I expect online status to change to "ready to schedule interview"
It's been more than 3 months.

NO RFE so far
Local office is - Saint Louis
Thoughts on when to expect "ready to schedule interview"?
Does anyone know what that status change means?
Lastly does anyone know of someone from Saint Louis who has filed in 2016 and received an interview yet?
There are a lot of people from Saint Louis who applied in 2015 and still haven't received interview, which is just miserable.
