Good Morning, we mailed out our package on Nov 18th, and usps tracking said it was delivered on 21st.
We filled G1145, and haven't received email or text notif, nor has check payment been processed or receipt showing up in the mailbox. Is this normal? It's been 13 days.
I know receipt can take weeks, but don't people usually receive email and text notif within a few days ...
