Receipt for AOS
Hi,
I mailed my complete documents for marriage based AOS. The package was sent through UPS on September 11th to Chicago office. It was delivered and signed on September 14th.
I haven’t heard back from them, neither has my check been cashed. I called their 800 phone number and I was told that my information is not in their system. They suggested I mailed their lockbox which I did. I am somewhat worried that my packet may have been lost.
My question is at what point would one conclude that the package is lost and consider sending another one?
More appropriately, please any suggestions on what I should do?
